JW Marriott appoints chefs for Dubai hotel

JW Marriott Hotel Dubai is delighted to announce three key culinary appointments. Chef Debrup Mitra, executive sous chef brings with him culinary accolades and international experience of more than fifteen years. In his last role, he worked as an executive sous chef with Meydan Hotels and Hospitality.

The second member to join the team is Chef Raman Sobti, who has recently been appointed as the banquet chef bringing with him almost ten years of vast experience and extensive knowledge in culinary management roles. He spent the last six years with Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel where he was responsible for developing and maintaining the banquet kitchen operations.

Chef Prince Joseph George is the new assistant chef de cuisine in the cold kitchen and brings with him experience and awards from the Westin Dubai and Madinat Jumeirah.
