Blue Grill the signature restaurant at Yas Island Rotana welcomes on board the new speciality chef Zlatko Gersak who will be in charge of the kitchen operation of this chic restaurant.
Chef Zlatko worked previously with different international chains like Renaissance, Hilton and Le Meridien that helped in shaping his culinary experience. Prior to joining Yas Island Rotana; he was working at the Kempinski Resort Amman.
