Golden Tulip celebrates 50 years

The Golden Tulip Hotels which is part of Louvre Hotel Group and owned by Starwood Capital that comprises seven prestigious hospitality brands occupies now the second place in Europe and tenth worldwide.

This year, Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts celebrates its 50th anniversary.

For the past 50 years, the brand has offered its guests inspiring stays, keeping their best interest at heart.

Established on November 12, 1962 by six independent Dutch hoteliers, today the chain represents over 200 hotels in 40 countries. Every hotel is a mix of our high international standards combined with the local flavours of its location.

On this occasion of its anniversary, Golden Tulip Hotels & Resorts in the Middle East & North Africa are offering great deals to its guests during the month of June. Whether it is a free dinner or lunch, hotels are offering guests who are 50 years old a 50 per cent discount every Wednesday.

With more than 55 hotels in the Mena region, Golden Tulip is planning to expand to the market in 2012 and operate in many areas offering multiple possibilities for development, in addition to entering new countries such as Algeria and Georgia.
