Renowned for the warmth and hospitality of its acclaimed in-flight service, a reflection of the high standards of the airlines’ structured and stringent in-flight training procedures, Jet Airways emerged victorious from amongst a field comprising several of the world's leading airlines.
SonuKripalani, vice-president- Passenger Sales (India), Jet Airways, received the award on behalf of the airline at a glittering function in Mumbai attended by several luminaries from the trade and travel industry.
