CITYMAX Hotels, the hospitality arm of the Landmark Group, announced its participation at Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2012, to highlight its delivery of affordable and quality accommodation options that have enjoyed over 92 per cent occupancy this winter.

As part of its participation, the hotel chain is set to unveil its strategic expansion plans on the opening day of ATM. A showcase of the properties’ amenities as well as stay packages for tourists will also be highlighted during the event.

“We are working on a very selective expansion strategy at the moment and are looking at all models of expansion to be able to roll-out more brand extensions in our portfolio,” said Russel Sharpe, COO of Citymax Hotels.

He added: “Citymax’s value-for-money proposition, coupled with some very symbiotic and strategic partnerships with regional associates has helped the brand register phenomenal growth. At ATM 2012, we look forward to networking and building new relationships with stakeholders from the travel and tourism market.

The Citymax Hotel chain features aesthetically designed contemporary and functional concepts. The properties deliver honest, tasteful, and adaptable accommodation to the global business and leisure traveller.

With three hotels in prime locations such as Al Barsha, Bur Dubai and Sharjah, the group offers a spread of over 1,300 rooms in the UAE.
