Sabine Renner has just joined the team at the Hotel Martinez as director of sales and marketing.
In 2001, she joined Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel in Munich (Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group) as groups coordinator and quickly moved into a role as convention sales executive in charge of supervising the organisation of conferences and functions holding over 1,000 people. A yearning for travel and for sunshine eventually led her to Spain, where she was transferred into another hotel in the Group, The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort in Marbella. While there, she took on sales management duties, ultimately landing the position of Sales and marketing director.
As part of her quest for the discovery of different cultures, in 2008 she decided to move to the Middle East where she successively headed the sales and marketing department at the Ritz- Carlton Hotel and the Grand Millennium Hotel in Dubai.
