Jet Airways has been declared the ‘Best Domestic Airline’ at the fifth edition of the CNBC Awaaz Travel Awards 2011. The award was presented by Shri Subodh Kant Sahay, Honourable Union Minister for Tourism to Gaurang Shetty, senior vice president- commercial, Jet Airways at a glittering ceremony in New Delhi, in the presence of several luminaries from the travel and trade industry. The awards are an annual event hosted to honor the best in class travel destinations and other ancillary services of the tourism industry.
