Culinary expertise recognised at two regional events
2011 has been an excellent year for the kitchen team at the Park Hyatt Jeddah – Marina, Club and Spa taking awards at both Top Chef Arabia 2011, which took place during the Food & Hotel Arabia show and also Saudi Horeca Salon Culinaire 2011.
For the Top Chef award chefs were judged for their best performance in 21 different live cooking categories and Soumeih Mohamed, Mahmoud Sultan, Mohamed Ezzeldin and Mohammad Moutaz all received bronze medals.
And at Horeca, in Riyadh, more than 200 chefs competed showing their skills as live cooking and food displays at which Soumeih Aledrissi and Mahmoud Sultan took gold medals, Naima Ennouni and Mohamed Aboubakr took Silver and Mohammad Mahmassa was awarded a merit.
