Mafraq Hotel has announced Antonio Alfonso (right) as chief concierge and Sam Bouhnassa as hunter’s b&r manager. Alfonso joins the Mafraq team after nine years working for The Taj Village and Bambolim Beach Resort in Goa, and the Metropolitan Palace in Dubai. Bouhnassa was previously head bar supervisor at South Molle Island Resort in Australia.
