Rocco Forte Hotels appoints Arnold

Rocco Forte Hotels has announced the appointment of Franck Arnold as general manager of The Balmoral in Edinburgh. Arnold takes over from Ivan Artolli who was recently promoted to director of operations for the group’s properties in the UK, Belgium and Eastern Europe. Arnold joins The Balmoral from The Jefferson Hotel in Washington DC, where as managing director overseeing the extensive renovation of the property. Prior to taking up his post in Washington, he was hotel manager of the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and has held several posts at Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts’ in England, Greece, Belgium, Spain and the USA.
