THE IBN Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai, managed by Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts, has appointed Alexandre Maurisseau as food and beverage director. French national Maurisseau has almost 16 years of hospitality experience having successfully managed key positions in the UAE and throughout Belgium, Spain and Singapore.
In his new role Maurisseau will be responsible for managing the hotel’s five restaurants, along with the extensive conference and banqueting facilities as well as the food and beverage outlets at its sister property the Oceana Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah.
