Gulf Air has officially received its IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certificate from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
In May this year, Gulf Air renewed its place on the IOSA Registry until 2013 after successfully completing the IATA requirements.
COO Captain Nasser Al Salmi said: “The IOSA certification reassures our customers that they are flying with an airline that conforms to strict international safety standards. Passenger safety is top priority for Gulf Air and the IOSA certificate is a testament to our commitment that we fly our aircraft to the highest level of operational safety.”
