Bespoke line-up at ILTM 2011 forum

THE International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) Ultratravel Forum 2011 will welcome a bespoke line-up of industry movers and shakers addressing the trends that matter and the ideas, insights and innovations which are currently driving luxury travel market share.

More than 1,000 invited guests will attend the forum on Monday, December 5, at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, Cannes, France to launch the 10th anniversary edition of ILTM.

The World in 2012 will be presented by John Andrews of The Economist predicting the position of the world economy in 2012 as well as countries, industries and people to watch.

Chris Sanderson and James Wallman of UK based The Future Laboratory, recognised internationally for its innovative approach to trend forecasting and insights into consumer behaviour, will present an overview of luxury traveller lifestyle trends.

And the ensuing topical panel debate will discuss the next generation of luxury travel hosted by Graham Boynton, editor of Ultratravel and group travel editor of the UK’s Telegraph Media Group.

Panellists debating ‘Does the luxury travel industry meet the needs of a new generation of luxury travellers?’ will include Ellen Bettridge, vice president of US retail travel network, American Express, Justin Wateridge, managing director, Abercrombie & Kent UK and Frank van der Post, managing director brands, British Airways.

The forum will welcome the founder of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Isadore Sharp as an exclusive guest of honour who will participate in a live interview with Graham Boynton on stage to close the Ultratravel Forum.
