As part of ‘Celebrate Service Week’, Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha recognised staff achievements and thanked each and every one of the 266 people who work at the property. During the week the management team showed their and staff were treated to special lunch and personal entertainment at the Royal Budha restaurant with each worker receiving a gift in a raffle draw.

Grand Millennium Al Wahda recently hosted the UAE chapter of the official international Concierge Association’s first ever meeting to bring together concierges from across the emirates and facilitate sharing of ideas and experiences across hotels.
The meeting was also attended by representatives from the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Ferrari World and the Dubai Islamic Arts Centre, as well as Grand Millennium Al Wahda’s own chief concierge and president of Les Clef d’Or, Charles Ferrer.
