The Jumeirah Group has appointed Ernst Mayer as general manager of the recently-opened Jumeirah Dhevanafushi, Maldives. Prior to his new role, Mayer was the owner and proprietor of his own hotel, the Point Hotel Anif in Austria. He was previously general manager for Crowne Plaza Salzburg, also in Austria.
