Hilton Abu Dhabi has announced the appointment of Chef Cristiano Goattin who, with his 20 years of experience in the Italian kitchen, will oversee the popular Italian restaurant BiCE as Chef de Cuisine. Chef Cristiano started his career mastering Italian cuisine in Northern Italy and London before moving to the Middle East to Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
