INTERCONTINENTAL Hotels Group (IHG) has signed an agreement to take over the management of a 281-bedroom hotel in Deira, Dubai, UAE.
Formerly operating under the Marriott’s Renaissance brand, guests woke up to a new experience in the newly-branded Crowne Plaza Dubai-Deira from March 1.
Crowne Plaza Dubai-Deira, features 37 suites, 41 clubrooms and 203 deluxe rooms. Upon completion of the planned renovation, the room count will increase to 302.
The hotel already has a newly renovated health club, a temperature controlled swimming and whirl pool plus sauna and massage facilities.
There are also six well-established food and beverage outlets offering a great variety of international food and entertainment.
