BOUTIQUE 1, a fashion and lifestyle destination, is actively targeting the UAE inbound tourism sector for 2011.
Recognised for housing some of the world’s most coveted designers from around the globe, the Boutique 1 brand is known for personalised service, exclusivity and luxury and is positioning itself as a strategic partner with an exclusive range of hospitality providers including luxury hotels, private jets and niche travel agencies in an effort to build awareness and drive revenues.
“Up until recently, our efforts have been focused primarily on UAE residents and VIP clients many of whom are members of our Circle loyalty programme.
To a lesser extent we have forged partnerships with key hotels and these have generated good results. We want to expand on these efforts to further propel the brand and optimise the tourism segment,” said Boutique 1 CEO Ziad Matta.
“Our aim is for Boutique 1, particularly our flagship store at The Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai, UAE, to become a tourist attraction in its own right. A ‘must see’ for those who appreciate, indulge and lust after high fashion.”
The group participated in a recent SKAL event (pictured) to acquaint travel industry professionals with its offering and is also now aiming to become involved with high-end providers from hotels to destination management companies organising facilities such as shopping events and promoting the brand to tourism arrivals.
