ABU DHABI Airports Company (ADAC), which operates the emirate’s five airports, aims for Emiratis to make up 30 per cent of its workforce by December 2011.
The company’s human resources department has prepared a number of strategies and tactics to achieve the targets and Tawdheef, Abu Dhabi’s leading career event which took place in January, was a strategic focus.
Mohammed Al Marri, vice president of human resources said: ”As a national company we are proud to have set a 30 per cent Emiratisation target for this year, which we are very confident in achieving. “
ADAC is also in the process of redesigning the careers portal on its website to improve the job seeking experience for future employees.
