STAR Cruises, the leading cruise line in Asia Pacific and the first global cruise line, has appointed Caesars Holidays as its preferred sales agent (PSA) in Kuwait.

“The appointment of Caesars Holidays as our PSA will undoubtedly boost cruise-based holidaying from the Gulf region to Asia Pacific. With the company’s expertise in the leisure and travel industry and the wide network of offices in Kuwait, Caesars Holidays could help Star Cruises offer memorable cruise experiences to a large number of holidaymakers from Kuwait and the region,” said Najeeb Mithvani, second assistant vice president, sales and marketing, Star Cruises.

Star Cruises has been receiving bookings from Kuwait quite consistently. “But we want to beef up our bookings from here as the demand has been steadily growing and the feedback has been excellent,” he added.

Mithvani said that the potential of the Kuwait market is quite high. “Kuwait is one market that is always aware of the excitement of the cruising industry. The market requires only a push to realise its full potential,” he said.

“Now we are here to promote the cruising market in the Asia Pacific region. So many people, including Kuwaiti citizens, are showing interest in joining the cruise programme offered by Star Cruises,” said PNJ Kumar, general manager, Caesars Travel Group.
