RADISSON Edwardian and The May Fair Hotel have signed a partnership with Insights Management Consultancy to increase sales and awareness of the luxury London hotel group in the Middle East.

Headquartered in Abu Dhabi and with offices in the UK, Insights employs a team of hospitality and tourism specialists with hands-on experience of marketing luxury hotels.

The consultancy will use its contacts and knowledge to build the Radisson Edwardian and May Fair brands and grow sales in the region.

Anthony Lee, general manager of The May Fair Hotel said of the partnership: “Success in the Middle East market is key to us. London is one of the most visited destinations for this region and their hospitality philosophy of expecting and demanding elegance, style, discretion and an exceptional level of service is something we know we can fulfill at The May Fair. Insights Management has proven success in this field and we are delighted to be working with the company.”

Managing partner of Insights, Mona Faraj, said: “We are both thrilled and excited by this new partnership with Radisson Edwardian and The May Fair – Britain is one of the most popular destinations and it means we’ll be able to improve our service to clients and target audience with these impressive London hotels.

“Radisson Edwardian properties represent a selection of London’s most exceptional hotels and locations while The May Fair, one of the city’s landmark properties, will provide us with the type of luxury and suite accommodation that many of our clients seek in London for business or pleasure, it’s the place to see and be seen.”

The team from Insight visited all Radisson Edwardian properties including The May Fair during October to carry out site inspections and gain in-depth knowledge of the group and its competitors.

Faraj concluded: “Each member of our team has in excess of 10 years experience selling and marketing luxury hotels to the Middle East region. Our network of contacts will give Radisson Edwardian a greater reach and visibility, helping the group to forge new relationships and opportunities. We will improve profitability by applying a consistent and direct sales strategy in conjunction with a targeted marketing and communications campaign.”
