THE Mövenpick hotel Ramallah is set to become the city’s only modern five-star branded international hotel when it opens in the Palestinian city in October.
The property, which is ideally situated in the diplomatic area of Almasyoun quarter, will offer 172 rooms including 116 king rooms, eight diplomatic suites and two presidential suites.
The hotel is tailored to both business and leisure travellers with state-of-the-art facilities, a large, heated swimming pool with a barbeque restaurant and fully-equipped gymnasium.
Boasting the area’s finest dining experiences from formal to casual, the hotel promises something for every taste from the Italian Allegro to the Al Riwaq all-day restaurant with its floor to ceiling windows and an outdoor patio overlooking the pool.
The property’s Yabus Ballroom is a 660-sq-m column-free space equipped with cutting-edge technology and luxurious décor which can accommodate up to 800 people and the hotel also offers seven meeting and breakout rooms, a business centre with several workstations, fast internet access and two meeting rooms.
