THE Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa Phuket welcomed its first guests at the beginning of August marking the company’s Thai dubut.
Situated on stunning Siray Island on the east coast of Phuket, the entire resort overlooks picturesque Siray Bay. A bridge connects Siray Island to Phuket Island and Phuket International Airport is 45 minutes away.
The resort offers 261 stylishly-appointed guest rooms, suites and villas with modern décor and stylish furnishings. All rooms enjoy ocean views with open outdoor balconies, signature Westin Heavenly Beds and Heavenly Bath rain showers, flat screen LCD televisions, state of the art audio visual entertainment jacks, iPod docking stations, high speed broadband and wireless internet access throughout the resort. Select guestrooms, suites and villas feature their own private plunge pools and even rooftop relaxation areas overlooking Siray Bay.
The scented lobby boasts amazing ocean views and the resort is home to the first Heavenly Spa by Westin in Thailand offering a range of treatments. There are also three large swimming pools and, for younger guests, a Westin kids’ club.
The resort has the Siray Bay Ballroom and four meeting rooms totaling 740 sq m of meeting and function space. A selection of six restaurants caters to a wide range of tastes from Pan Asian to international.
