Thomas Cook Group UK’s Excellence Award 2009 has been given to Sonesta Pharaoh Beach Resort Hurghada for exceeding high standards of service and quality of accommodation. The award was presented by David Martin, gateway manager, Laura Turner, consumer affairs executive, and Amy Knott, resort supervisor, to resort general manager Lassaad Labidi and Elham Selim, director of sales and marketing.
