AL HOKAIR Group has announced the opening of its latest hospitality venture, the Novotel Hotel situated between Al Khobar and Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The first Novotel to open in the Eastern Province, the property has been built to five-star standards to serve the corporate and leisure markets, particularly business generated by the Novotel Business Park.
The new Novotel has 159 luxuriously-designed guest rooms, including suites, nine meeting rooms, a large banqueting space suitable for up to 600 people and a shopping arcade with a variety of retail outlets.
There is gourmet cuisine at the all-day-dining restaurant and also a lobby café.
Al Hokair managing director, Nabil Hijazi, said: “We are indeed privileged and honoured to open such a strategically located hospitality product with such high standards, a true five-star product.
“The hotels division has prepared special weekend/summer/wedding packages to encourage domestic leisure travel and also encourage wedding guests to experience our hotels.”
The Alhokair Group also recently signed an agreement with the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for the operation of a number of the company’s properties in Saudi Arabia including the Holiday Inn at Al Khobar Corniche, which will be inaugurated next month.
