Leading foreign exchange company Travelex has renewed a series of key partnerships across major UK travel and retail hubs, including Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Edinburgh Airport, DFDS Seaways, Dover Port and London’s Oxford Street Selfridges.
The renewals reinforce Travelex’s presence across major
gateways as demand for travel money remains strong.
At Liverpool John Lennon Airport, the partnership extension
comes as the airport records its busiest year to date, handling a record 5.6
million passengers in 2025.
Travelex operates two stores and 12 ATMs at the airport,
offering major currencies, pre-ordered travel money collections and its prepaid
Travel Money Card.
At Edinburgh Airport, Travelex has extended its contract
until 2030, following the launch of its services in 2021.
The company operates five stores, a mobile kiosk and 12 ATMs
across the airport’s arrivals and departures areas.

At Edinburgh Airport, Linsey Jordan, Head of Retail, said,
"We want passengers to enjoy a smooth and stress-free start to their
journey, and having convenient access to foreign currency plays an important
role in that. Travelex continues to deliver for our passengers, and we're
delighted to extend our partnership."
Travelex has also renewed its agreement with DFDS Seaways,
providing euro and pound sterling ATMs on six vessels operating between Dover
and Calais or Dunkirk, as well as its contract with Dover Port, where it runs a
store at the Eastern Docks Passenger Services Building.
The company has further continued its partnership with
Oxford Street Selfridges, which attracts more than 20 million visitors
annually.
According to the
Travelex Travel Money Report, 92% of UK travellers now purchase travel money
before their journey.
