Mandarin Oriental, Vienna is set to open its first hotel in Austria October on 20, 2025.
The 138-room, 52-suite hotel, located in the city's First District on Riemergasse 7, is a heritage-listed former courthouse that has been carefully restored to blend historical elegance with contemporary sophistication.
The hotel features 86 rooms and 52 suites, each with a unique blend of modern comfort and Viennese Art Nouveau charm.
The hotel offers three exclusive Mandarin Signature Suites and a grand Royal Suite, each offering a sumptuous retreat.
For events, meetings, and special occasions, the hotel offers seven multifunctional boardrooms and an elegant 140-sqm ballroom.
“Our aim is to create a place that is both a retreat for international travellers and a meeting place for locals with an appreciation of the extraordinary. Executive Chef Thomas Seifried has created four distinct culinary destinations under his helm, including Le Sept, a fine dining restaurant featuring seafood-focused menus with contemporary French techniques and Asian influences.
Atelier 7 - Brasserie offers an all-day dining experience with a focus on seafood and fish dishes, blending Art Nouveau elegance with international comfort food.
The Cafe serves fine speciality coffees, global teas, and artisan pastries, while Chic Atelier 7 – Izakaya and Bar is where Art Nouveau meets Japonisme, offering expertly crafted cocktails made with premium Japanese and Asian ingredients.
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental offers a range of holistic treatments, including The Group's signature wellness therapies and rituals inspired by local tradition.
The extensive facility features seven stylishly designed treatment rooms, an exclusive couple's suite, a spacious indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a VIP treatment area.
