Four Seasons has announced a landmark expansion in Saudi Arabia, unveiling six new hotels and three branded residential developments across the Kingdom. Anchored by the flagship Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, the new destinations span AMAALA, the Red Sea, Madinah, Jeddah, Diriyah and NEOM’s Sindalah island.

The portfolio blends wellness enclaves, regenerative tourism, heritage landmarks and futuristic coastal hubs, positioning Four Seasons as a key partner in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 transformation.

Complementing the hotel pipeline, the brand’s residential leadership continues with strong demand at Shura Island’s Private Residences and new projects across Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.

“The Middle East is central to our long-term growth strategy, and Saudi Arabia in particular offers extraordinary opportunity across culture-rich cities and transformative coastal destinations,” says Alejandro Reynal, President and Chief Executive Officer, Four Seasons.

Set against the backdrop of Saudi Arabia’s tourism renaissance, the expansion underscores Four Seasons’ commitment to authenticity, personalisation and human connection, attracting the world’s most discerning travellers to the Kingdom’s evolving landscape.
