The AlUla Skies Festival, set to return from April 18 to 27, 2025, is an event that celebrates the historical relationship between humanity and the sky.

AlUla Manara, a pioneering destination for celestial discoveries and astrotourism, will introduce activities to ignite curiosity about space and astronomy.

The festival aims to bridge the gap between ancient celestial knowledge and modern scientific exploration, offering high-tech telescopes, interactive exhibits, and immersive workshops.

The House of Constellations and the Celestial Sky Port are two standout attractions at the festival. The House of Constellations, located in AlUla's Old Town, features a 360-degree dome that brings the wonders of space to life through projections and dynamic exhibits. Visitors can interact with displays that illuminate the constellations and tell captivating stories behind them.

The Celestial Sky Port, located in Jabal Ikmah, offers interactive exhibits, cutting-edge telescopes, and astronomy workshops, providing a hands-on approach to space exploration. The festival also offers daily hot air balloon rides, tethered balloon rides at Old Town and Elephant Rock, and evening Balloon Glow Shows at Elephant Rock.

For cultural enthusiasts, Egyptian superstars Mohamed Hamaki and Ahmed Saad will perform under the stars on April 25 at Thanaya AlUla Outdoor Venue. Wellness enthusiasts can enjoy Earth Embodied Energy or Glow-in-the-Dark Silent YogaLates wellness sessions, while Cinema Under the Stars at Shaden Resort offers a unique cinematic setting. Expert-led stargazing sessions will deepen guests' connection with the night sky, making the festival a festival filled with discovery and awe. -TradeArabia News Service
