The new near-flat seats in Business Class

A'NEAR lie-flat' seat reclining to a horizontal position of 170 degrees for Business Class and an 'on demand' entertainment system with over 60 movies for all are just two of the amenities that KLM passengers will enjoy on the new Boeing 777 aircraft, introduced recently by KLM on their Dubai-Amsterdam route.

The 777s, which operate on intercontinental routes, offers 35 World Business Class seats and 292 Economy seats. The new Boeing 777 flying between Dubai and Amsterdam had its inaugural flight last February.
“With the introduction of our new Boeing 777 aircraft, we are taking the travel experience to a higher level,” said Leon Weerts, regional marketing manager, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. “We are excited to welcome our Middle Eastern passengers to a whole new array of amenities and improvements in both Business and Economy Class.”
Economy passengers can enjoy entertainment on demand through an easy to operate system offering over 60 movies, a variety of games, destination information, as well as a kid-zone library with 15 Disney movies. Wider and more relaxing seats, significantly more spacious cabin interior with new designs, curtains, carpet and laminates add to a relaxed travel experience.
