British developer LEO Development has teamed up with Rove, a JV between master developer Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, to launch its debut lifestyle hospitality project in Oman. The Rove Home Muscat Expressway will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments along with a range of lifestyle amenities.
