Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG), a global leader in lifestyle and hospitality, has expanded its portfolio with the introduction of its new Members Club Division.

This marks a major step in SHG’s strategy to diversify its offering and strengthen its position in the premium lifestyle space.

At the centre of this launch is Madison House in Singapore, SHG’s first private members club. Designed to create a purpose-driven environment, Madison House will bring together social, wellness, and cultural experiences that reflect the evolving needs of modern urban living.

Madison House Experience Members will enjoy a curated mix of dining concepts, stylish lounges and bars, dynamic community programming and a comprehensive suite of fitness and wellness facilities. These include a state-of-the-art gym with expert trainers and group classes, pool, sports, infrared saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges and à la carte longevity treatments.

The rollout will begin with Singapore in Q4 2025 followed by Milan in early 2026. Additional international openings will follow as SHG expands the model across key global cities.

Leadership appointment

To lead the new division, SHG has appointed Mark Watts as Managing Director of Members Club Division. With more than three decades of global hospitality experience across luxury hotels, award winning restaurants, nightlife and some of the world’s most recognized private clubs, Mark brings a proven track record and a forward-thinking vision.

“I am honoured and inspired to join the exceptional team at Sunset Hospitality Group, a company renowned for shaping new standards in lifestyle hospitality,” said Watts.

“With the launch of Madison House, we are redefining what club culture means today by placing holistic wellbeing, longevity, and optimal living at the centre of every experience. Our vision is to create a membership ecosystem where every detail is curated to help our community thrive, connect and pursue a healthier, more vibrant life.” SHG’s Vision “The launch of our Members Club Division and Madison House reflects SHG’s ambition to innovate and shape what is next in lifestyle hospitality,” said Antonio Gonzalez, Chairman and Group CEO of Sunset Hospitality Group.

“As we continue expanding across more than 25 countries, our focus remains on pushing boundaries and introducing standout concepts that create value for our communities and partners worldwide.”

This announcement follows a series of major developments from SHG, including additional funding from Goldman Sachs in April. - TradeArabia News Service
