WORK on a BD3 million ($7.97 million), 15-storey fully furnished apartment complex, promoted by REG International Investment and Trading Holding Company will start at Juffair, Bahrain this month.
Key Construction is the main contractor for the building, designed by Arif Sadiq Design Consultants. Work is expected to complete by December 31, 2005.
Coming up on the Al Safir Hotel car park, the fully-furnished apartment block will house car parking slots in the basement, a reception area on the ground floor. It will have 24 single suites and 48 two-bed apartments. The total area of the apartments alone would be approximately 10,000 sq m.
The building will offer a state-of-the-art, fully-equipped health club and an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool with banquet facilities, that will be ideal for private functions.
