Turkish Airlines recently added Marrakech, the crimson city of Morocco, to its ever-expanding flight network. Istanbul – Marrakech – Istanbul direct flights commenced from April 15, five days a week. The inaugural flight from Istanbul Airport, landed in Marrakech Menara Airport, and was welcomed by the customary water cannon salute in a formal ceremony, which was attended by the executives both from the global carrier and Marrakech Menara Airport, and press members as well.
