The Gefinor Rotana welcomed Rotana members from the other two Rotana properties: Hazmieh Rotana and Raouché Arjaan by Rotana to attend a ‘Food Safety and HACCP Implementation’ training sessions that was conducted by Bureau Veritas. The attendees were trained to set the base to start the application of all the HACCP standards and regulations.
