
A strategic commercial agreement, months in the making, has officially been signed between the Landmark Hotels Company - Jordan and Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) of Dubai, UAE.
The Landmark Hotels Company is a regionally based hospitality group with more than 30 years’ experience in the fields of hotel creation, renovation and management. The company has under its umbrella three unique brands – Landmark Hotels: Conference Centres and Resorts, Landmark Boutique and Landmark Express.
HMH is one of the fastest growing, fully-integrated hotel management and development companies in the Middle East. Headquartered in Dubai, it offers a complete spectrum of options in hotel categories from top-end luxury hotels to budget properties. Comprising four distinct hotel brands, namely Coral Hotels & Resorts, Corp Executive Hotels, ECOS Hotels and EWA Hotel Apartments, HMH provides a comprehensive selection of accommodations and services to suit all budgets and clientele.

The agreement stipulates the mechanisms that will be used in the future, to publicise and expand the hotel brands of both companies. Landmark plans to expand with another 10 properties within the next five years.

We have 17 new openings lined up this year spread across the Middle East and Africa, taking our existing portfolio of 33 to 50 - thus increasing the group’s total number of rooms by more than 40 per cent.
