ROTANA’S recent launch of meetings offers among its 13 participating hotels in Dubai and the Northern Emirates was made in an effort to offer extra value to customers during the current economic situation rather than to simply slash prices.
“The practice of slashing price is not effective and will not increase the business volume. We believe that our meeting offers will maintain the relationships with our loyal clients and will provide the best value and most importantly; decrease the budget pressures in meetings to our corporate bookers,” said Naeem Darkazally, area director of sales and marketing for Rotana Dubai & Northern Emirates.
On offer are 14 free features for guests taking conferences at the properties. Rates start from Dh545, and free features include buffet breakfast and lunch, welcome drink, two coffee breaks, complimentary room for every 15 rooms, use of the main meeting room with audio and visual equipments and LCD, two hours internet per delegate per stay, free upgrade for the group leader and a free two hours welcome cocktail reception.
In addition, guests will enjoy discounts up to 25 per cent on laundry, international calls, treatments in Bodylines leisure and fitness club and Zen Spa by Rotana and the team building activities available at The Cove Rotana Resort and Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa.
