RADISSON SAS Hotels & Resorts, the first-class brand of Brussels based Rezidor Hotel Group, will launch Bahrain’s first five-star corporate residence in December and expects occupancy levels of over 70 per cent in its first year of opening.
The property is adjacent to the 246-room Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel, which is in the heart of Bahrain’s capital, Manama City and close to the country’s main tourist attractions and shopping areas.
“There will be no other residence in the country offering the same quality and facilities. The Diplomat Radisson SAS Residence will be Bahrain’s most sought after address,” said Radek Cais, general manager, the Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel, Residence and Spa.
The luxurious 14-storey building is within 10 minutes from Bahrain International Airport and five minutes from the new Financial Harbour and World Trade Centre. It will have 121 luxury apartments - a choice of one, two or three bedroom apartments or exclusive penthouse suites – all for lease from one month to yearly contracts or more.
“Lots of new businesses are opening up in Bahrain and we expect a healthy mix of international guests particularly from the banking and finance sectors,” added Cais. “The GCC market is also on our target list, particularly Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.”
