The five-star Dusit Dubai Hotel has appointed Claire Louise Frodsham as PR manager.
Thirty-five-year-old Claire from Britain, who also speaks French, joins the Dusit Dubai hotel from a property in Paphos, Cyprus, where she was sales and marketing manager. Claire is no stranger to the Middle East having previously served as sales and promotions manager at the Sheraton Doha Hotel & Resorts, as newsreader and announcer for Qatar Television, senior flight stewardess for Qatar Airways and Emirates and food and beverage sales co-ordinator at the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club. In her freelance writing career, Claire has had numerous articles published in in-flight magazines, holiday brochures, sales publications and newspapers. "With Dusit Dubai representing the entry of Dusit Hotels and Resorts into the Middle East, there is an exciting challenge to build local, regional and international awareness of the brand," said Claire. "Dusit Dubai has some unique selling points, most notably its true Thai culture off superior comfort and service."
