From the ancient streets of Istanbul to the sun-drenched coasts of Bodrum and Antalya, a diverse array of properties is emerging. This listicle explores the most anticipated recent openings and future developments, showcasing everything from ultra-luxury hotels and exclusive residences to stylish serviced apartments, all cementing Turkey's position as a premier global destination.

Moxy Istanbul Beyoğlu

Moxy Istanbul Beyoğlu, the first Moxy Hotels property in Türkiye and part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, has opened, bringing its bold design and playful energy to the heart of Istanbul’s Beyoğlu district.

Housed in the historic Afrika Han and designed by Designist Architecture, the hotel blends neoclassical charm with vibrant, youthful aesthetics inspired by Turkish cinema, offering a unique stay experience for next-generation travellers.

Located just steps from Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue, Moxy Istanbul Beyoğlu offers easy access to the city’s cultural hotspots, nightlife and historic landmarks.

OKU Bodrum

The recently opened OKU Bodrum introduces a refined adult-only (16+) retreat on the serene northern coast of the Bodrum peninsula. Surrounded by rugged mountains and the Aegean Sea, the boutique escape joins OKU Kos as part of the brand’s intimate, boho-chic portfolio.

With just 58 sea-facing rooms and suites, many featuring private pools and terraces, the property blends Turkish architecture and local craftsmanship with OKU’s signature minimalist design, all using sustainable materials.

Guests can unwind in secluded luxury, dining across three distinct venues: To Kima, offering Mediterranean fusion by the pool; Teyo, an elevated Japanese open-air restaurant; and the Sunset Bar, perched on a private jetty serving craft cocktails with panoramic sea views.

Signature Cave Cappadocia, Trademark Collection by Wyndham has officially opened in Türkiye’s Cappadocia region, marking the first cave hotel by a global hospitality brand. Nestled within a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the 27-suite property blends centuries-old architecture with modern comforts, offering a truly unique, experience-led stay.

Each suite showcases stone interiors, handcrafted furnishings, and antique carpets, with select suites featuring private pools, hot tubs, or fireplaces. Guests can enjoy authentic local flavours at the 68-seat cave restaurant, breakfast room, and terrace bar with panoramic views of Mustafapaşa.

Developed by Honest Holding, the property is the group’s second Wyndham-branded hotel after Ramada Resort by Wyndham Pamukkale Thermal. Wyndham Alanya

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has also announced the opening of Wyndham Alanya, a brand-new five-star resort nestled on Türkiye’s picturesque Mediterranean coast, just 20 km from Alanya’s city centre.

Combining modern luxury, family-friendly amenities, and local charm, the resort features 188 elegant guest rooms, including deluxe, superior, accessible rooms, and a king suite.

Guests can unwind at the full-service spa (with a Turkish bath, steam, and salt rooms), enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools, or stay active at the fitness centre, tennis, and basketball courts. Dining options include four on-site restaurants serving Turkish and international cuisine.

Designed with families in mind, the resort offers children’s play areas, baby cots, and a gondola tour experience on-site—making it ideal for a fun and relaxing family holiday. Shuttle services to the beach and airport add convenience for all travellers.

Citadines Maslak Istanbul

The Ascott Limited has opened Citadines Maslak Istanbul, strengthening its expansion in the Middle East, Africa and Türkiye region. Located in Istanbul’s Maslak district—a major hub for finance, business, education and culture—the property caters to both business and leisure travellers seeking flexibility and comfort.

Citadines Maslak Istanbul features 148 serviced units—from studios to four-bedroom apartments—designed for short- and long-term stays. All residences offer modern amenities, kitchenettes, and separate living spaces, tailored to the needs of urban travellers. Aman Residences, Bodrum

Aman, the revered luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand, has announced the development of Aman Residences, Bodrum, located alongside the renowned Amanruya resort on Turkey’s serene north coast.

In partnership with RePie Asset Management, the project will introduce exclusive branded villas to own, along with an expanded resort featuring a new spa, retail spaces, beach club, and restaurants.

The development brings together two acclaimed architectural studios: Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects, long-time Aman collaborator, who is designing the expanded Amanruya resort and Beachfront Residential Villas, and SAOTA, known globally for luxury hospitality projects, creating the Waterfront, Lagoon, and Forest Villas. The designs embrace Aman’s philosophy of spatial calm, privacy, and harmony with nature, blending refined proportions with sustainable materials.

Set in a private bay with uninterrupted Aegean views, the villas are located 30 minutes from Milas-Bodrum International Airport.

 

Bvlgari Mansions

Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Bodrum has unveiled the first completed Mansion from its exclusive residential project, developed by AHEN, founded by Mehmet Cengiz, Chairman of Cengiz Holdings.

Designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the project spans a 60-hectare peninsula on Bodrum’s coastline and includes 101 Bvlgari-branded seafront and hillside Mansions alongside the upcoming Bvlgari Resort Bodrum.

Ranging from 850 to 2,800 sqm with 3 to 6 bedrooms, the Mansions blend sustainable architecture, green rooftops and panoramic sea views. Interiors reflect Italian elegance, featuring pieces from Maxalto, B&B Italia, and curated Turkish artworks, combining modern sophistication with cultural heritage.

Residents will enjoy privileged access to resort amenities, including Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Hōseki Japanese restaurant, the Bvlgari Bar, a 2,200 sqm spa, two private beach clubs, and a sea-view amphitheatre.

Çırağan Palace Kempinski İstanbul has introduced ‘Historical Corridor Tours’, offering an exclusive, immersive journey into the palace’s rich Ottoman heritage.

As the only palace and hotel on the Bosphorus that once belonged to the Ottoman Empire, the property now invites in-house guests to explore its storied past through a carefully curated historical experience.

The History Corridor, redesigned under the guidance of A. Çağrı Başkurt, Çırağan Palace Historical Gallery Curator, showcases archival visuals and stories tracing the palace’s transformation from the 17th century to today. Led by licensed professional guides, the tours reveal untold stories, highlight Ottoman-era grandeur, and offer breathtaking Bosphorus views.

The experience concludes with a sherbet offering at the Historic Hammam, a preserved and otherwise inaccessible area of the palace. Available only to in-house guests, tours are conducted on select days and times, with reservations managed by the Lady in Red team.
