Moustafa ElGayar has been appointed as the new Director of Food & Beverage at Shangri-La and Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi. He brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to this, ElGayar worked at Towers Rotana, Dubai.
