The construction of new facilities at the Jolie Ville Movenpick Resort & Casino are under way to emphasise the Jolie Ville’s position as a leading light in the Naama Bay hospitality sector.

This was revealed by Rolf R Bauer, general manager of the Jolie Ville Movenpick Resort & Casino in Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh.

A new shopping centre facing Naama Bay’s most popular shopping and entertainment area is nearing completion.

Located on the first floor of the shopping centre will be an Italian restaurant, which will feature a show kitchen visible from the dining area, wood fired pizza oven and a wine cellar featuring a range of Italian and local wines. The restaurant can be reached via the first escalator installed in Naama Bay.

Also located within the shopping centre will be a bakery and ice cream outlet selling the famous Movenpick ice-cream and the hotel’s already popular array of breads, pastries and cakes over the counter.

Another jewel in the crown will no doubt be the completion of a new Congress Centre, where state-of-the-art IT, audio-visual and communication systems will make this new venue ideal for large conferences, conventions and incentive groups, says the resort.
Its main feature will be the pillar-free grand ballroom accommodating up to 600 persons. This will be supplemented by six smaller conference rooms with capacities ranging from 70 persons to 130 persons plus a boardroom and VIP facilities.

A restaurant on the ground floor to accommodate 250 persons to cater for conferences and hotel guests staying in the sports area of the hotel will also be added in addition to the already existing five restaurants will ensure that conference delegates enjoy a large variety of dining venues to choose from.

40 new rooms will be added to the hotels front area bringing the total number of rooms to 396.
