Caroline Tapken has over 20 years experience in various aspects of the Hospitality Industry, including hotel representation in the UK/Europe, assistant general manager of a boutique resort in Anguilla (West Indies), sales and marketing for Caribbean hotels and tourism authorities in the USA and Europe, director of communications for a hotel chain in Thailand, and more recently PR/marketing manager for a hotel in Qatar.
Lamia Shawkat worked for Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as assistant to Japanese Expatriates.
Her most recent post before joining Renard Egypt, she worked as regional executive secretary at Movenpick Regional Office.
