Carrossa Hotel Spa Villas in Mallorca has appointed Michel Schilling and his partner, Kerstin Frädrich, as the new general manager and rooms division manager respectively. Schilling has been in the hotel business for 25 years in the Balearic Islands and boasts an impressive CV, with previous high-profile positions including as general manager for the well-known five-star Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, where he oversaw a staff of 500 people. His partner, Kerstin, who originally trained as an environmental scientist, can also call on a wealth of experience in tourism and communication and as an event manager in the Balearics.
