Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre’s Seafood Market recently celebrated 23 years with a houseful of seafood aficionados. Opened in 1992, it is a market-style restaurant where diners enjoy shopping for their meals, hand-picking the freshest catches of the day.
