That’s why 30 per cent of our guests are families,' he says.On an average, the hotel receives 40 per cent of its guests from within the US while the other 60 per cent constitutes international guests. 'The Middle East outbound market accounts for a percentage of our guests, generally in terms of revenue-based stays and not many overnight stays,' he says.

Located in the hotel’s landmark Art Deco building, originally erected in the early 1930s, these suites feature original Asian-inspired artwork and authentic artefacts. Ranging from studio suites to bi-level suites, the Asian-style décor and inventive use of space come together to create a harmony of place and purpose.The highlight, however, is the stunning 10,000-sq-ft Ocean Suite penthouse, spanning the 40th floor of the Setai. A TASTE OF LUXURYFurthermore, the property has expanded its gastronomic offerings with the opening of Jaya, its new Asian restaurant.Jaya, which means ‘victory’ in Sanskrit, incorporates many traditional culinary techniques from wok stations to tandoor ovens.
