Rollerdeck Associates and Amuse, in association with Emirates Airlines and Marketing Greece, showcased the second Annual Greek Deluxe Travel Roadshow in Dubai recently. Tour operators, travel agents and media representatives were offered a peek into Greece. The event was sponsored by the Region of Central Macedonia, the Region of South Aegean and Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.

Last year, about 50,000 travellers arrived by air to Athens from the UAE, an increase of over 30 per cent compared to the year before that. The arrivals at the other airports are at much lower levels, according to Athens International Airport Passenger Survey, compiled by SETE Intelligence.
