Thrifty Car Rental recently opened a new rental location in Oman’s Muscat International Airport, making it the brand’s 47th location in the GCC. The total number of passengers recorded at Muscat International Airport at the end of August last year increased by 6.8 per cent compared to the same period in 2013, according to statistics released by Oman’s National Centre of Statistics. The number of flights to the country increased by 1.1 per cent during the same period.
