DUBAI Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) and Helidubai have signed an agreement promoting and enhancing flight safety and compliance at heliports in and around Dubai.
The agreement was signed by Mohammed Ahli, DCAA director general and Ebrahim Redha Ali Al Hashimy, deputy commander, Dubai Airwing, in the presence of other officials.The compliance certification received by Helidubai recognises that the heliport at Dubai Festival City meets or exceeds the requirements of ICAO Heliport Manual Doc 9261, Civil Aviation Regulations.
