The first Sawasdee Cup Golf Tournament was held at Al Badia Golf Club in Dubai, UAE, bringing together friends of Thailand from private and public sectors (right). Sponsored by the Royal Thai Consulate-General, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai Airways International, SCG Dubai and PTT Dubai, the tournament will become an annual event to strengthen ties between Thais and other communities in the UAE.
